Hi, I’m Tabitha—a Christian therapist and coach who believes in the power of restoration.
For almost a decade, I’ve walked with couples through the trenches of conflict, betrayal, emotional distance, and spiritual drought. I know what it’s like to cry out to God and wonder if healing is still possible.
This retreat was born out of that very hope.
I created Renewed & Rooted for couples who are deeply committed to their covenant but feel lost in the day-to-day pain. Through biblical truth, somatic healing, and intensive coaching sessions, I help couples remember what God joined together—and how to rebuild it with intention, trust, and grace.
If you’re here, I believe it’s not too late. God is still in the business of healing hearts and restoring marriages.

A: No. Flights to PTY Airport (Panama City) must be booked separately.

A: Yes! Both packages have a 2-payment plan. Full payment is due before the retreat begins.

A: Absolutely. Sessions run from 9 AM–3 PM. Afternoons are free for rest, beach, or local excursions.
