Faith-Informed Therapy for Women and Couples Ready to Heal Deeply
Trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and virtually across New York and New Jersey
You do not have to choose between your faith and evidence-based therapy. At NYC Healing Center, both belong in the room.
Therapy for the Parts of Your Life You Can No Longer Ignore
You may have spent years showing up — for work, for your family, for your faith community, for everyone who needs you. But somewhere along the way, something inside has grown tired, guarded, or quietly broken.
This is therapy for people who are done managing their pain from the outside and ready to address it at the root. We work with the whole person — emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
"Healing is not about learning to cope better. It is about learning to carry less."
NYC Healing CenterIs this for you?
We work with women, couples, and individuals who are ready to stop managing their pain from the outside and begin healing at a deeper level.
Women Carrying Private Pain
You are used to being the strong one. You show up for work, family, faith, relationships, and everyone who depends on you. But inside, there may be places that feel tired, anxious, guarded, or quietly broken — heartbreak, betrayal, grief, trauma, depression, spiritual struggle, or the exhaustion of holding too much for too long.
This is therapy for women who are ready to stop performing wellness and begin experiencing real emotional, relational, and spiritual healing.
Couples Ready to Repair & Reconnect
You may still love each other, but feel unsure how to find your way back. Or perhaps trust has been damaged, emotional distance has grown, or the same conflict keeps repeating no matter how many times you try to change.
We help couples slow down the cycle and understand what is happening beneath the surface — rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional safety, improving communication, and reconnecting with greater honesty and intention.
Individuals & Couples Needing Focused Support
Sometimes weekly therapy is not the right fit for the season you are in. You may be facing a painful transition, a relational crisis, or a wound that keeps resurfacing. Our intensives offer focused, extended therapeutic support for individuals, couples, premarital couples, and other important relationships.
Intensive work is not a quick fix. It is a concentrated therapeutic experience for people who are ready to engage honestly and begin meaningful change.
How We Can Work Together
Weekly therapy, couples sessions, relationship check-ups, and focused intensives — designed for people who want meaningful change, not just symptom management.
Individual Therapy
Private weekly therapy for women who are ready to understand their patterns, process past pain, and heal at a deeper level. We support women navigating heartbreak, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, divorce recovery, spiritual struggle, life transitions, and relational wounds. Together, we slow down, listen beneath the surface, and create space for lasting transformation.
Best for: Women who are ready for deeper emotional healing, not just temporary relief.
Learn moreCouples Therapy
Faith-informed couples therapy for dating, engaged, and married couples who want to build a healthier, more secure relationship. We help couples improve communication, repair trust, understand conflict cycles, rebuild emotional intimacy, and create a stronger foundation for the future. Available virtually across New York State and New Jersey.
Best for: Couples who want to repair, strengthen, or intentionally grow their relationship.
Learn moreIntensive Therapy
Extended therapy sessions for individuals and couples who want focused, concentrated support. Intensives are structured to create dedicated space for deeper emotional work and meaningful relational repair in a way that weekly sessions alone cannot provide. Available as half-day, full-day, or weekend experiences in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Best for: Clients who want concentrated therapeutic support and are ready to engage deeply. Private-pay only — not billed through insurance.
Learn more about intensivesRelationship Check-Up
A structured session for couples who want to assess the health of their relationship before small concerns become deeper wounds. This session helps identify patterns, strengths, areas of disconnection, and next steps. You will leave with greater clarity about where your relationship is thriving and where it needs attention.
Best for: Couples who are not in crisis but want to be intentional about the health of their relationship. Private-pay only — not billed through insurance.
Learn moreFocused, Dedicated Space for Deeper Work
Focused half-day, full-day, and weekend therapy intensives for individuals and couples who need deeper support than a weekly session can provide.
Intensive therapy is not a shortcut. It is a structured, clinically grounded experience that creates the time, space, and focus needed for meaningful therapeutic movement — especially when the work calls for something more than fifty minutes once a week.
Intensive sessions are private-pay services and are not billed through insurance. Each intensive is structured collaboratively in advance so the time feels purposeful and well-supported.
